CNC Punching

Precise, fully automated cutting and CNC powered sheet metal processing and modern punch presses document the advanced level of our punching technology. Each CNC job has it’s own work and setup plan guaranteeing quality control and assurance each step of the process by highly skilled workers.

What we offer

With our Trumpf TruePunch 3000 S11 we can process materials of up to 6.4 mm in thickness, with a maximum load capacity of 3000 mm x 1500 mm.

Your advantage

Customers are conveniently able to send jobs via mail, as .pdf or .dxf documents so that we are able to start programming in the office. The data is then direcetly being transfered to the punching machine, saving time and money.

Flashings, sheet metal processing, electronic cabinets, battery casings, sheet metal construction

A central production area of our company is sheet metal processing.

Our company is equipped with state of the art machinery, enabling us to manufacture all sorts of sheet metal construction.

Our Aspiration

Single, small and large scale production is manufactured by highly skilled work professionals. Assuring quality is our highest priority, flawless products are guaranteed.

Your Advantage

Production of entire assemblies and prototypes by using modern CNC and punching techology, like our bending press TruPunch 3000.

Be it prototypes or large scale production, the high flexibility of this technology allows us to do changes in (i.e.) cut contours in no time.

Waterjet Cutting Systems

Our waterjet cutter is able to handle nearly all solid materials and is equipped with freshwater and an abrasive cutting head. We are therefore able to process materials such as metal, stone, tiles, glass, wood, but also foamed material, rubber, gaskets and carbon.

Our Promise

Versatile, efficient and precise. We live waterjet cutting.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals. Before coating, the materials have to be cleaned and treated, sweeped or sandblasted. The powder is then applied to the material and burnt into the surface at temperatures between 200-250 degrees celsius. This is refered to as cross linking, it is the essence of powder coating. Through applying heat, the powder and the surface of the material are linked. The process is faster and more efficient than traditional paint, so powder coated parts can be reassembled on the same day.

Our Process

Through F&E powder coating, surfaces gain exceptional mechanical properties. It protects against scratches, chemical exposure and environmental influences. The minimum thickness is 80µm.
