Bending machine
The EHT VarioPress 230-30 is the ideal tool for bending sheets up to 3000 mm in length. With this high-quality machine, we are able to produce both thin and heavy plates with simple to complex bending edges.
Rolling
With our round roller, you can roll sheets with a length of up to 3000 mm and a maximum sheet thickness of 4.0 mm into the desired round shape.

Surface finishing
Surface finishing refers to the treatment of the surface of metals in order to protect and beautify them. We can achieve this through various processes such as electroplating, painting, anodizing or powder coating. These finishes not only improve the aesthetics, but also increase the corrosion resistance and durability of the metal.

Powder coating – metal finishing through powder coating: quality and durability
Powder coating involves coating the surfaces of electrically conductive workpieces with powder paint. The original powder coating process is therefore only suitable for metallic objects. Before the actual powder coating, the workpieces must be cleaned and pretreated. Depending on the material, the pre-treatment is carried out as alkaline degreasing, with an acid mixture, by sweeping or sandblasting the components. The components are then rinsed with demineralized water and transported to the application system. There, the powder is applied to the workpieces and baked into their surfaces at temperatures of up to 200-250°. The correct technical term for this process is cross-linking, which is at the heart of powder coating. The structures of the coating powder and the surface of the workpiece to be coated are cross-linked by the effect of heat.

Powder coating makes the surface of the workpieces more resistant and durable. Furthermore, by using different colour powders, an individual look can be achieved, which improves the reader’s life by personalizing their items. Powder coating is also more environmentally friendly than other coating processes, which contributes to a positive impact on the environment.
